French photographer Eric Marrian introduced an original approach to nude artistic photography in his series Carré Blanc. With a black and white palette, nude bodies are presented in purely graphic, almost geometrical, compositions, devoid of erotic tension. The lines and curves of the human body interplay with light, replacing the traces of a brush. Marrian takes us into a delicate exploration of the body and sensuality.
